Started off the week so sick! I felt like if someone told me I had to run, I would turn and crawl into a hole and go to sleep forever. As the week went on, all I could mentally handle was running 5K after 5K after 5K. Also kind of enjoyed the continuous reminder to myself that on 2/27 I turned 31. HAHAIAMSOFUNNY. ;)

A cutback week but I got a fever and missed my weekend long run. Feeling good otherwise and happy to have a bit of a rest. Two thoughts:

1. I can’t wait to wear less than 3 lbs. of clothing every time I go for a run

Yoga. Run. Yoga. Run. Repeat. I can’t get enough! Another thing I can’t get enough of? Running outside this winter. Feels like I’m bundling up to go skiing and that brings back amazing memories and feelings. Bring it, Chicago!

Two weeks’ worth comin’ atcha again. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, 16 weeks till #19. I see a pattern: yoga - run - yoga - run, repeat. It feels so good, I may never stop.

Saturday: 4 miles, travel day shakeout run

Sunday: 6 miles in Belle Meade, Tennessee at Percy Warner park. (PS hilly as f***k!)
