Started off the week so sick! I felt like if someone told me I had to run, I would turn and crawl into a hole and go to sleep forever. As the week went on, all I could mentally handle was running 5K after 5K after 5K. Also kind of enjoyed the continuous reminder to myself that on 2/27 I turned 31. HAHAIAMSOFUNNY. ;)

Wednesday: Run 3 miles
Thursday: HIIT workout at sweat, 1:00:00. Run 3.1 miles
Friday: Run 3.1 miles
Saturday: run 3.1 miles, 15 minute NTC workout - hamstrings and butt!
Sunday: run 3.1 miles, Bikram Yoga 1:30:00
Total: 15.4 Miles
February total: 78.5 Miles
