Goal Machine

It’s no surprise to anyone that I am heavily entrenched in the culture of lululemon athletica.  I believe in every word of its mission (to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness) and every minute of it’s beautiful execution.

Part of that culture is its focus on goal-setting and really drilling down into who you are and what is important.  It’s vulnerable!  It’s scary!  It’s taken me over a year of walking (writing) in circles trying to figure out my ten year vision when I’d really rather just take a nap.

Am I nervous about putting this out there?  Uh yeah.  Do I know it’s going to make me stronger and more accountable for always figuring out what I *really* want?  Duh.  My goals might change but for now, especially on the one year front, these are the things I really, very badly, want to accomplish in order to figure out just what might be next for me in the areas of Health, Career, and Personal.

So here they are… my goals as of August 11, 2011:
