- 9 miles treadmill tempo (5 min at 7:03 pace, 3 min easy at 8:00 pace) x4
- 15 minutes stair climber
- Bikram Yoga, 1:30:00

Friday:
- 10 miles run outside, 7:30/mile
- HPF at CPY 1:00:00
Saturday:

Sunday:
- 6 miles run outside easy
- Vinyasa @ Equinox, 1:30:00
