Thanks @RunStrong4Hope for the post-workout stair climbing suggestion. I think it really will help on those Austin (<— wow that’s scary to look at) hills!

  • 6 miles treadmill hill work (3%, 4%, 5% at 1:00 each. 1% at 2:00)x5
  • 10 minutes stair climber

Wednesday:

  • 9 miles treadmill tempo (5 min at 7:03 pace, 3 min easy at 8:00 pace) x4
  • 15 minutes stair climber
  • Bikram Yoga, 1:30:00

Thursday:

OFF

Friday:

  • 10 miles run outside, 7:30/mile
  • HPF at CPY 1:00:00

Saturday:

OFF

Sunday:

  • 6 miles run outside easy
  • Vinyasa @ Equinox, 1:30:00
