Have you seen my mileage logs? ha. I love, love, love the addition of yoga into a marathon training plan.  It’s such a good contrast to the linear movement of running. Doubling up is highly encouraged if you have the time! I usually like to run first and then take yoga but whatever works in your schedule is fine. If you have time to take a yoga class 2x a week that should be plenty! Namaste :)
