Way to go! You’re going to love the challenges of training. I DO have a few tips! Have fun with training and try not to get overwhelmed on a week to week basis with the miles your training plan calls for.
If you miss a run don’t try to make it up. If you feel good on a day you’re supposed to run 3 miles and you want to run 6, don’t.
Follow rest days as seriously as you follow workouts.
Practice Yoga! It will change your running life (and probably your life in general).
