First of all, feel better! Secondly, this depends on what your level of “normal” is in terms of working out. I would say most importantly, listen to your body. Are you barely able to get out of bed? Stay there. Are you just stuffy and can’t breathe? Go run. Take it easy, stay at recovery pace. Either way, drink water, eat well and sleep. You’ll be good in no time.
