Mileage Log: 24-30 January
Lots of requests to see my mileage log. Absolutely not intended to be followed for your own consumption. Leaving out the yoga and apartment break-out dance parties:
Monday: 60 minutes at recovery pace (9:30/mile)
Tuesday: 5K Time Trial - 20:33 (6:37/mile)
Wednesday: x-train
Thursday: 7.5 miles steady state (7:28/mile)
Friday: rest
Saturday: 14 miles (8:09/mile)
Sunday: rest
Total: 30.6...
Chubby Hubby... Brownies. Oh Gawd. →
